Former Military Physical Training Leader Creates a
Low Impact way to Build Aerobic Endurance and Lose
Weight
On December 1 2008, Brian K. Bailey retired from
the United States Air Force with a strong passion and
commitment to help America get Fit. His training as a military
training leader and creater of the Fitness Initiative Team gave
him the tools to help those who where ready for success.
The program, called
"Chair-A-Cizing" Get Fit While You
Sit initially began when the American Council on
Exercise certified fitness professional, Brian K. Bailey,
wanted to give his clients a low impact way of exercising that
did not put stress on their back and the knees.
Last year Brian shared this routine with a fellow wellness
professional, Dr. Karen Copeland in Harlem New York while
participating in the Childrens Health and Fitness Expo. As a
result, the excitement of this program spread to Los Angeles
California as women from the African American Women's Journey
to Health and Wellness started to adopt this routine for member
with limited mobility. Upon the urging of Dr Copeland and
others Brian created this program to offer variety and
excitement to any exercise routine.
"Chairacizing" Get Fit While You
Sit is set to become the biggest low impact fitness
DVD in history with expected sales of over 500,000 between
January 1st and February 28th. "There’s never been
